Shanghai Aorun Group Co., Ltd., based in China, is an energy-saving coating solutions provider integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales, and has been dedicated to radiative cooling technology since 2013.In January 2024, the company developed the world’s first inorganic radiative cooling coating technology.The technology employs a modified inorganic silicate binder system and a multicomponent blend of inorganic functional fillers.The coating system combines efficient passive radiative cooling, high weathering resistance, flame retardancy and fire protection, and ultra-low volatile organic compound (VOC) content.Following official review by LAWRENCE WORLD RECORDS CERTIFICATION, this technology has been certified as the “World’s First Inorganic Radiative Cooling Coating Technology”.
